Attorney Ferns graduated cum laude from Rhode Island College in 1992, and then from Western New England College School of Law in 1996. He became a member of Rhode Island Bar in 1996 and has been practicing law ever since. Attorney Ferns can help you with matters including, but not limited to:

Legal Attorney
Bryan joined the firm in 2017 during his first year of law school as a legal intern. Bryan has since learned all of the fundamentals and skills required to handle personal injury claims, criminal defense matters and all aspects of a family law case. Bryan’s main focus has been analyzing our client’s personal injury cases by utilizing his undergraduate education from Northeastern University as well as his vast experience as a practicing EMT since 2003. Paralegal
Amy was raised in Coventry Rhode Island and attended CCRI for nursing. She has been a paralegal for Attorney Ferns for many years with a focus and concentration on personal injury law. Amy has provided exceptional support to Attorney Ferns' personal injury practice by handling every aspect of a personal injury case. Amy possesses an exceptional ability to assist with the many tasks surrounding all aspects of a personal injury case from drafting effective demands, dealing with medical providers, preparing court pleadings, and negotiating property damage issues.
Paralegal
Maureen is a paralegal in our firm whose primary focus is Family Law. Maureen assists clients through the difficult experience associated with the Family Court process by supporting Attorney Ferns with her expert knowledge. Maureen communicates updates during the management of a client’s file throughout the litigation process by maintaining court deadlines, drafting legal pleadings, and corresponds with court clerks and opposing attorneys. Maureen is an indispensable part in assisting Attorney Ferns in the preparation for contested hearings and trials before Family Court
